The Heights At Park Lane

My Husband and I moved into the Flats in August and have loved every minute of it.

Besides the apartment being beautiful and the quietest I've ever live in, you never hear neighbors above, below or beside you. The utilities are very reasonable too.

My electric bill has run around $100 every month and sometimes lower! We have a beautiful view of the city and everyone is very friendly.

So convenient to everything.

Whole Food and Northpark Mall are within walking distance.

It is not just an apartment it is a home and a way of life.

You won't be disappointed if you make this your home!!

I have lived at the heights for over a year now, and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I have lived in single family homes for 25 years previously, but the convenience of the location, the quality of the amenities, and the care and friendliness of the staff (especially Lisa and Lindsey!) have made apartment living a wonderful experience for me! The Heights is at Park Lane, very convenient to NorthPark, and is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Gordan Biersch, and most of the other retail I would want. My unit is very quiet, and I have had no trouble getting maintenance service when needed

I love the Heights. It's close to all of Dallas Nightlife. The manager, Lisa, is super nice and always willing to help me. Everyone uses this site to bash the property but it's always someone who didn't pay their rent or had a bad run in because they broke apartment rules. I love this place and have been here for 2 years

Just as a response to the previous post. I know for a fact that the guy who posted before is not a leasing agent. He is my friend and just a happy resident here. I have also lived here over a year and the services and people are great. I live in the Flats building and can say that I never hear my neighbors and the biggest maintanance issue I have ever had was a loose toilet seat. It was fixed by the time I got home the night I put the request in. It's really sad to me that people go on here and bash an entire property based on their own personal issues. When I leased, it was explained to me if I chose the Lofts building, that my movers would use the stairs to move me in if it was a lower floor. I chose the Flats building and everyone uses a service elevator to move into that building, since it is a highrise and the first 4 floors are the garages. I love my apartment and I feel totally spoiled with how much space and all of the convienences that I have living here. To those reading the negative reviews, I suggest you ask the leasing staff about your concerns before excluding this place from your list. It is a fabulous place to live!
